A seguito dell'approvazione della legge 119 del 31/7/2017 "Conversione in legge, con modificazioni, del decreto legge del 7 giugno 2017 recante disposizioni urgenti in materia di prevenzione vaccinale" si riportano di seguito alcune informazioni. Al fine dell'iscrizione del minore (da 0 a 16 anni) a scuola, alle scuole dell'infanzia, all'asilo nido i genitori esercenti la responsabilità  genitoriale e i tutori devono presentare almeno uno dei seguenti documenti: documentazione comprovante  l'effettuazione delle vaccinazioni (è possibile  autocertificare l'effettuazione delle vaccinazioni); richiesta formale di vaccinazione alla ASST ad effettuare le vaccinazioni per inadempienti/parzialmente inadempienti; documentazione  comprovante  la necessità  di  esonero, omissione  o differimento  delle vaccinazioni obbligatorie. Per l'anno scolastico 2017/2018, la documentazione deve essere presentata: entro l'11 settembre p.v. per gli asili nido e le scuole dell'infanzia (atteso che il 10 settembre cade in giorno festivo); entro il 31 ottobre per le scuole dell'obbligo. Si pubblicano in allegato gli orari della prima settimana di lezione per tutte le classi. Per le classi prime diurne e serali è richiesto il primo giorno di scuola blocco appunti e penna. Per tutte le altre classi portare il materiale per la materia in calendario.
